2021 weekly - week 25

The weather is grey, but my mind is oh so sunny! 

I feel very blessed these few days. I have to say that getting such (good) attention from your boss continuously is very unusual for me. I know it won't last as it's only natural that life goes up and down in a cycle. I want to remember how motivated and determined I am feeling right now to make a new life out of my new adventure. Not in a million years would I ever expect to be affirmed, supported and looked after like this. I know I am the lucky one.

Today's exercise:
AM: FB HIIT + squats 50 min

Sweaty, good start on Monday.

22/06/2021, Tuesday

Today's exercise:
AM: FB Strength + Upper Body 50 min

Got a self testing kit before reporting to work. Nothing to worry. 
Bag ready. Clothes picked and shoes tested.
Just need a good night sleep.

23/06/2021, Wednesday

Today's exercise:
AM: FB Lower Body + HIIT 35 min 

I managed to squeeze in FB on my first day reporting to work. I'm impressed!

Haven't been so full on for a while. Excited and a bit anxious at the same time. Set small goals and one step at a time. People are so nice that I want to give it the best shot!

AM: FB HIIT + Abs 40 min 


25/06/2021, Friday

Today's exercise:
AM: FB Recovery Pilates 30 min

Mad day today. I managed to fill my day with meetings. Having three back to back is really not wise. I will do better next time.
