The new work pace is insanely fast. Slightly intimated but I am full of buzz!

I spend 2 hours on H&S training and I am not done!

AM: FB Strength + Upper Body 50 min

30/06/2021, Wednesday

Today's exercise:
AM: FB HIIT + Abs 35 min 

01/07/2021, Thursday

Today's exercise:
AM: FB Recovery Cardio 30 min 

Waking up at 7am these days. Trying to fit an exercise session before going to work. It's hard but I will continue as long as I can.

02/07/2021, Friday

Today's exercise:
AM: FB HITT + Abs 60 min

Boss is pretty happy with my first meeting presentation today. I am sure he'll tell me still if I underperform. I am lucky to have a good and caring boss!
