"resident food critique" <- I love that expression. I have a pseudo one. this morning he asked if the tea we were having was pu er. He likes pu er me not... and the tea we had was black tea from tw. specifically, ruby 18 from sun moon lake. he is a critique and sometimes he doesn't have tasting buds with him. M
it can take some time before a flavor (and all its subtle constituting notes) really registers with the brain. but i guess it's the same for me with wine. it tends to taste the same after certain price range. :-)
