Bang bang prawns with celeriac remoulade

Roast beef 
(Unfortunately venison ran out this year when we got to the shop
Green bean with pancetta, caramelised shallots and chestnuts
Buttered carrots in Tarragon sauce
Potato gratin with creme fraiche
