Seeded Loaf


50 g wholegrain spelt flour
250 g white bread flour
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon table salt
1/2 teaspoon dried instant yeast
210 g water
2 tablespoons oat bran
2 tablespoons golden flaxseeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
50 g water
